The red, white and blue flowers in Coalition Tea™ may assist with relaxation and sleep.

This blend contains only high-grade Surfside Naturals Pure Flower™. Not only does Coalition Tea™ only contain the supple, soft, and fragrant parts of the Lotus Flowers; they have been thoroughly cleaned to remove dust and other unwanted materials.

Instructions for tea: Start out with 1 gram of Coalition Tea™ per 16 oz of water. Boil for 7 minutes, allow it to cool, and strain.

Helpful Tip: If you enjoy tea, try using a smaller amount of blend and slow boiling it for a period of time. You may find you can get more out of less. Also, boiling the herbs will purify them and draw out more of the essential oils.
