How do we process these petals? What exactly is this material?

These flowers are very fragrant and have a unique aroma.

1. When we receive these petals, they are immediately sterilized. This process is 100% chemical-free and eliminates any insects that may have been picked up on their journey to us or elsewhere.

2. Every half pound of these petals is visually inspected, and larger unwanted materials are removed, like low-quality petals and other types of debris.

3. These petals are then thoroughly cleaned to remove any unwanted material. This process also removes smaller crumbs and any herb dust.

3. They are then placed in dark, airtight containers and stored at or below room temperature.

Very nice, clean, premium material.

We were up early in the morning working with this material and were greeted by friendly bees before the sun came up. Pretty fragrant stuff.

Makes a great, clean, and relaxing tea.
